Shipping

We ship orders within 1–5 business days of purchase.
Our shipments include tracking whenever possible.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary by location, carrier, and customs processing. International orders may take longer than expected.

If a package is marked “Delivered” by the courier but not received, we will assist with an investigation and insurance claim. Refunds or replacements are not issued until the carrier’s investigation is complete.

If an item arrives damaged, photographic evidence may be required to initiate a claim.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received
• All original tags and packaging must be included

Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
Original shipping fees, duties, customs charges, and other related costs are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 2–3 business days for the refund to appear on your financial statement.

In some cases, we may issue store credit instead of a refund. Store credit can be used for future in-store purchases only and may be subject to expiry.

For your protection, we recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method when returning items.

Because our items are vintage and often one-of-a-kind, exchanges are subject to availability.

Payment

We accept all payment methods supported by Squarespace Checkout.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Sale offers:
• Cannot be combined with other promotions
• Are not valid on previously purchased items
• May end or change without notice

Physical gift certificates are available for purchase and use in store only. They cannot currently be redeemed online. Please treat gift certificates like cash — lost or stolen certificates cannot be replaced.

Referral rewards are for in-store use only and cannot be combined with other offers at this time. Rewards are valid for one-time use per referral, with a maximum of two (2) referral per transaction.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for all duties, customs fees, tariffs, VAT, and import taxes required by their country.

These fees are not included in your order total and are non-refundable.

EU Customers:
In accordance with EU consumer law, customers in the EU may request a return within 14 days of delivery for any reason, and refunds will include original postage fees as required by law.
